     Reading Boss's mind is very important for individual to save from Boss's ego superiority and inferiority complex. Reading Boss's mind is very easy if taken care the following suggestion.


    1. He/she coming late and complaining you about working timing, then something is cooking in his mind.

    2. Complaining spelling mistake several times in minutes of meeting, report and proposal means he/she want something unethical from you.

    3. Caught you discussing with other group member means he want to hide some information from organization.

    4. Always talking about ethics means he/she is heavily corrupt personality and trying to brainwash you so that you can think him as very honest person.

    5. Complaining about his/her superior's bad behavior means he/she will exactly do same thing with you in future.

    6. Bad mouthed about your other colleagues means he/she is doing same thing with you.

    7. Quoting from different epics and using of nice proverb means he/she is trying to divert you from his failures.

    8. Not promoting for knowledge enhancement means he/she have been very bad scholar.

    9. Giving your completed works to others for review/enhancement means he/she is not having confidence on you.

    10. Statement like everybody should know everything means he want head count and not expertise in group.

    11. Not using luxury and having knowledge on that means he is hiding his disturbed personal life from others.
